Here is the seventh painting from my series ‘Spirit of India’ featuring the essence of Punjab on my Canvas.

Punjabi food is so rich and loaded with flavours. It is one of the most popular in the world. I was actually confused which one to paint and went with one of the classics, Sarso da Saag and Makke di Roti, topped with a lot of Makkhan. I had to also paint the soul of Punjab- Lassi! 😍 There is a variety of architecture in Punjab, I got inspired by its traditional village house. A Charpai/Khaat has to be there! Phulkari is one of my favorite and I have a lot of such dupattas.
